Meanwhile, back at the school. Marty has reached the Star lighters who are tending to Marvin's hand, Sonic has followed him.
Sonic: Hey guys! Nice to meet you.
Marty: You 5 have got to go back in there and finish the dance.
Starlighter: Buddy! Look at Marvin's hand. He says he'll be able to play, but he can't.
Marvin: Oh yes i can.
Marty: Well prove it then, if you don't play. There's no music. My parents can't dance, they won't kiss, they won't fall in love. You chicken.
Marvin: Nobody calls me chicken pal. I'll prove that i can play the guitar with a broken hand.
Marty: Then after you do Earth Angel. I am doing Johnny B. Goode and that's it. I'm going back to 1985.
Sonic: Good luck on that.
Amy:(arrives)Perfect.
A moment later, in the gymnasium. Up on stage, Marvin and the band start playing. Sonic and Amy are in the corner, Marty is on stage waiting for his moment.
Marvin:(plays guitar and in the mic)This is for all you lovers out there. (starts singing)&Earth Angel. Earth Angel. Will you be mine?
Marty looks at his photo and sees that Linda has disappeard.
Everyone is now dancing including George and Lorraine.
Sonic: When are they gonna kiss?
Amy: 7 moments?
Sonic: I don't know about that.
The song continues.
Lorraine: George. Are you gonna kiss me?
George: We kiss near the end of the song.
Lorraine: Right.
Mark Dixon comes up.
Mark: Scram McFly! I'm cutting in. (takes Lorraine away and starts laughing)
Lorraine: GEORGE!
George:?
Sonic is shocked.
Amy: How dare he!
Up on stage. Marty has seen the whole thing and falls to his knees.
Nearby Starlighter. You okay.
Marty: I think I'm about to fade out.
The alarm rings in Sonic's hands.
Sonic: Time's up.
Marty on stage looks at his photo and sees himself fading. He looks at his hand which is fading.
Lorraine: GEORGE!
Mark: MUHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Sonic: GEORGE!
George walks up to Mark.
George: Hey you! Get your hands off her! (he punches Mark down and takes Lorraine)
The 2 lovers stare at each other for a moment and kiss.
Marty gets up his feet and sees his photo. He reappears. Linda reappears and then Dave.
Sonic: The paradox is diverted.
Amy: Oh yes.
Marvin slowly sings the final part of Earth angel and it's over.
Sonic:(as the crowd goes wild)That was way past cool.
Amy: Yep.
Marvin: Okay! It's time for that thingy you mentioned that really cooks.
Marty: Okay!
Marty walks up and takes the electric guitar.
He walks up the mike.
